Our Programs and Resources
Student Advising
We offer student advising services to assist you with your academic journey. Whether you have questions about course selection, degree requirements, or any other academic concerns, our advisors are here to help. We provide both drop-in advising and scheduled appointments for your convenience.
Drop-in Advising
You can visit us during our daily drop-in times without an appointment. Our advisors will assist you on a first-come, first-served basis. However, we highly recommend scheduling an appointment in advance to ensure that you receive dedicated time with an advisor. To schedule an appointment, please email us at [email protected] and provide us with more information about your needs.

Monday through Thursday: 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm
Our Services
Our office provides the following services to both international and exchange students:
- Advising on
- Immigration
- Various visa categories, including F-1/F-2, J-1/J-2, H-1B/H-4, and TN
- Cultural adjustment and personal matters
- Assistance with international student health insurance
- Workshops for international and exchange students
- Community and campus outreach activities and events
- International mentoring program
- Liaison between students and institutional departments or government agencies
