Dr. Judy Ford, professor and head of the history department, has been selected to participate in the National Endowment for the Humanities seminar series. Ford will attend “Tudor Books and Readers: 1485-1603,” a five-week program held at the Plantin-Moretus Museum in Antwerp, Belgium, the University of London's Senate House Library and the University of Oxford's Bodleian Library.
The seminar will be co-directed by Drs. John N. King, of The Ohio State University, and Mark Rankin, of James Madison University. The 16 teachers selected to participate in the program each receive a stipend of $3,900 to cover their travel, study and living expenses.
