Creating a Legacy
The Dr. Shigehito Menjo Scholarship Endowment is awarded yearly to a student in the Department of Literature and Languages, with a preference for a graduate Applied Linguistics student. Several of Shige’s best friends helped to create this endowment to honor his memory and mark his legacy, and to ensure his dedication and passion to the lab and the Literature and Languages community are remembered and valued in perpetuity.
