QEP Updates Across Campus
Have you heard the most recent updates about the Texas A&M University-Commerce Quality Enhancement Plan (QEP) – Preparing Students for an Interconnected World ?
Dr. Shonda Gibson, Dr. Haydn “Chip” Fox, the QEP Committee Members, and the Graduate Research Assistants (Natalia Assis, Ashley Kimble, and Adeyinka Akeju) had to put on their running shoes to make it to all of the varied Fall 2013 kick-off meetings across campus!
New employees and faculty were introduced to the QEP at their respective August orientations prior to the start of the Fall 2013 semester. The College of Business and Entrepreneurship; College of Education and Human Services; College of Humanities, Social Sciences and Arts; and College of Sciences, Engineering, and Agriculture each began the semester with convocations to welcome new faculty and staff members and discuss college goals and agendas. Each college member heard about QEP program and mission, as well as contact information and areas of future involvement. Student Access and Success, Campus Life and Student Development, and a variety of other departments across campus have also extended invitations and involved their respective teams in the ongoing development and updating of the QEP.
The QEP committee is grateful to each group for allowing us the opportunity to present the program and keep our faculty and staff members fully informed of the progress. If you missed the most recent updates, please email us at [email protected], or check out our Facebook page.
