‘Abstraction and Color’ Exhibit now Showing at University Gallery

The latest art exhibition is underway at the Texas A&M University-Commerce University Gallery until October. “Abstraction & Color: Artworks from the Permanent Collection” features innovative uses of abstraction and color in a variety of media ranging from ceramics to paintings to drawings to prints, all from former A&M-Commerce faculty and alumni. The exhibition will be viewable until October 4. The University Gallery is open Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. and is free to view. The A&M-Commerce Department of Art also invites patrons to a gallery reception featuring the exhibit on Sept. 17 from 5-7 p.m.
