Alumni event planned for Nov. 1

A gathering of Texas A&M University-Commerce alumni is planned for the Dallas-Fort Worth area in support of the Lion Women's Basketball team. All alums are welcome to a gathering at the Ozona Grill & Bar, located at 4615 Greenville Ave. in Dallas from 5 to 6:30 p.m. on Monday, November 1. The gathering is being held as a pre-game reception before the women's basketball team's exhibition contest against Southern Methodist University at Moody Coliseum in Dallas. Light refreshments and A&M-Commerce swag will be available at the event, and the game will tip off at 7 p.m. interested parties should contact Stephanie Fiorisi for more information.
