A&M-Commerce Alum, Plano ISD Superintendent Profiled in Video Series
A&M-Commerce alum and superintendent of Plano ISD, Dr. Theresa Williams (’00, ’05), is featured in an episode of the “Lessons in Learning” video series produced by E3 Entegral Solutions.
Williams discusses leadership and personal growth in the profile, with parallels between marathon running and leadership. She emphasizes the importance of being comfortable with discomfort and continually striving for improvement. Additionally, Williams draws on her graduate school experiences at A&M-Commerce to demonstrate how building a strong, professional network can safeguard against the isolation often felt in leadership roles.
Williams earned her master's and doctorate in educational leadership from A&M-Commerce.
