A pair of awards were handed out to work created by the Texas A&M University-Commerce Visual Communication program at the 2023 Dallas ADDY Awards.
The ADDY’s, officially known as the American Advertising Award, are given each year by the Dallas club of the American Advertising Federation to recognize and reward the creative spirit of excellence in the art of advertising.
Two works from A&M-Commerce received high recognition at the most recent ADDY’s. Student Karen Blocher’s piece for a National Postal Museum branding campaign received the Silver Student Award for the Campaign category, while the “Find Your Match” poster by Associate Professor Josh Ege received the Silver Professional Award for the Poster category.
