Campus Winter Weather Update for 1/22/24

Lion Family,
We are monitoring the weather conditions and are aware of the possibility of freezing rain and icy conditions in the area tonight and tomorrow morning. This is to inform you that the university will be open tomorrow (Monday, January 22, 2024) with normal operations. Facilities staff are putting measures in place to ensure the sidewalks, parking lots and walkways are kept as safe as possible.
In traveling to campus, please remember to use caution on overpasses and bridges. Drive slowly. Leave early to give yourself plenty of time to get where you're going safely. If you're running behind, be late rather than risk your safety.
If anything changes as to the status of university operations for Monday, we will be sure to let everyone know as soon as possible.
Stay safe, Lions.
