Dr. Debbie Mahoney Named East Texas Nurse Practitioner of the Year

Dr. Debbie Mahoney, coordinator of the Master of Science in Nursing program at A&M-Commerce, has been named East Texas Nurse Practitioner of the Year by the East Texas Nurse Practitioner Association (ETNPA).  The award recognizes excellence as an NP in the areas of clinical skills, utilization of evidence-based research, leadership skills and student mentoring. The award was presented Tuesday, November 13 in Tyler in honor of Nurse Practitioner Week.
