Full 2024-25 Lion Men’s Basketball Schedule Unveiled
COMMERCE – The full 2024-25 schedule has been revealed for the Texas A&M University-Commerce men’s basketball team on Thursday. Tickets are now on sale as well.
The Lions’ non-conference schedule includes five games against major conference teams, highlighted by two-time defending national champion UConn on November 19.
All four non-conference home games this season are against Division I opponents.
“We are extremely excited to announce our full schedule. The non-conference schedule is going to test us and prepare us well for a very competitive conference schedule. We are looking forward to visiting some historic Division I college basketball venues throughout the season as well,” said coach Jaret von Rosenberg, who is entering his eighth season at the helm of the men’s basketball program.

Single Game and Season Tickets for the 2024-25 season are now on sale. The Lions play 14 home games on Hunt Regional Healthcare Court in the Field House.
For the first time, women’s basketball and men’s basketball tickets will be sold separately. A discounted rate is available for fans looking to purchase both men’s basketball and women’s basketball tickets.
Courtside seats for the season are priced at $300 for the season, $150 in the Gold Level, and $100 in the Blue Level. A faculty/staff discount is available for season tickets, for more information contact [email protected].

2024-25 NON-CONFERENCE SCHEDULE
The Lions play three straight games on the road to begin the season, including two at Power Four conference opponents. The season begins on November 4 at Iowa, followed by a trip to South Dakota on November 6, and the Lions head back to College Station for the second straight year, playing Texas A&M on November 8.
The home opener of the 2024-25 season comes on November 13 at 6:30 p.m. against Southern. The Lions then head to UConn on November 19, the game will be played at the Huskies’ Gampel Pavillion.
The road swing continues at Oklahoma on November 21, and the Lions return to the Northeast to play Stonehill on November 25. A&M-Commerce downed the Skyhawks in Commerce a year ago.
Following Thanksgiving, A&M-Commerce welcomes Purdue Fort Wayne at 1 p.m. on November 30, and then after playing the first two Southland Conference games at Houston Christian (December 5) and UIW (December 7), the Lions host South Alabama at 1 p.m. on December 15, and Abilene Christian for the annual Education Day game on December 18 at 11 a.m.
The non-conference schedule closes out at South Florida on December 21.
SOUTHLAND CONFERENCE SCHEDULE
The Lions’ learned their 20-game conference schedule earlier this summer and it remains unchanged. This season, all home conference games on Saturdays will tip-off at 2:15 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. on Monday nights, except for January 20 against Southeastern, which will tip off at 1 p.m.
