Lion Alum Named One of the Best Butchers in Dallas

A Lion alum has just been named a top butcher in the Dallas area by D Magazine. Nathan Abeyta, a 2010 graduate of Texas A&M University-Commerce (now East Texas A&M University) with a bachelor’s degree in English, was featured in the article for his work at Deep Cuts Dallas, a butcher shop located at 7989 Belt Line Road in Dallas that has twice been featured in the magazine’s “Best of Big D” awards.
