Lion Women’s Basketball Releases 2024-25 Schedule, Tickets on Sale Now

COMMERCE – Texas A&M University-Commerce women’s basketball has released the full schedule for the 2024-25 season on Wednesday. Tickets for the women are now on sale as well.

The Lions are slated to host 13 home games this season, which includes 10 Southland Conference games. The road schedule features two games at Power Four conference opponents as well as a tournament during Thanksgiving weekend.

“We are excited for the non-conference schedule we have put together. We will see multiple types of schemes playing style,” said coach Valerie King, who is entering her second season in Commerce. “This non-conference schedule will prepare us well for the Southland Conference slate.”

TICKETS ON SALE NOW
Starting Wednesday, tickets are on sale for the 2024-25 women’s basketball season. For the first time, women’s basketball and men’s basketball will be ticketed separately. For fans interested in purchasing both men’s basketball and women’s basketball season tickets, a discounted rate is available.

Season tickets are priced at $200 for courtside seats, $100 for the Gold Level, and $65 for the Blue Level. Faculty/Staff discount is available for season tickets, for more information contact [email protected].

Single game tickets are on sale now. Courtside seats are priced at $20, Gold Level is priced at $10, and the Blue Level is priced at $7. Group discounts are available for groups of 20 or more, those interested in taking advantage of the group discount should contact [email protected].

2024-25 NON-CONFERENCE SCHEDULE
The season begins at home for the third straight season as the Lions host UNT Dallas at 6:30 p.m. on November 4. The Lions then head to Arkansas on November 8 at 10:30 a.m.

The Razorbacks played in the Women’s Basketball Invitational Tournament a year ago. The Lions return home to host LeTourneau on November 12 at 6:30 p.m., then plays at Baylor on November 14 at 7 p.m.

The final non-conference home game of the season comes on November 18 at 6:30 p.m. against UT Arlington. To close out the month of November, the Lions play at Texas Southern on November 21 and take part in the Grand Canyon Women’s Thanksgiving Classic on November 29-30, playing Seattle on November 29 and the Lopes on November 30.

Non-conference play closes out at Abilene Christian at 1 p.m. on December 7.

SOUTHLAND CONFERENCE SCHEDULE
The Southland Conference schedule remains the same as what was announced earlier this fall. The Lions will play their Thursday home games at 6:30 p.m. during conference play and Saturday games at noon.
