Region 10 Superintendent Certification Program Students Enjoy Golf and Networking
Current students and graduates of the Region 10 Superintendents Certification program had the opportunity to visit PopStroke Golf at the Grandscape in The Colony, Texas, thanks to their sponsors and partners Gallagher Construction Management and WRA Architects.
Teresa J. Farler, Ed.D., assistant professor in the Department of Educational Leadership, planned the event so superintendent certification cohorts could network and share experiences with other cohort members. Attendees included Educational Leadership faculty from ETAMU, Region 10 administrators, sponsors and students in the Region 10 program. Rhett Gallagher from Gallagher Constructions Management and Dr. Christi Morgan from WRA also attended.
The Region 10 partnership helps students gain their superintendent certification with a relevant and personalized education. ETAMU students can take courses designed by practitioners who have been superintendents and campus leaders. They can also interact in professional networking and participate in the School Leadership Alliance Board Training conference.
