TAMUC Alumna Naturalized at George W. Bush Presidential Center
A&M-Commerce alumna Shabiha Nymphi was among 50 immigrants who were naturalized at the George W. Bush Presidential Center in College Station, Texas, on March 18. In a recent interview, Nymphi expressed how it feels to become an American citizen.
“I moved to the United States from Malaysia in 2014, and what truly amazed me about this country is the cultural diversity and welcoming nature of the community. I have seen the excellent practices of moral values and respect for law and order of the citizens,” Nymphi said.
Nymphi graduated from A&M-Commerce in 2019 with a Master of Business Administration.
