Texas Governor Appoints A&M-Commerce Alum to Early Childhood Committee.
Texas Governor Greg Abbott appointed 23 members to the Early Childhood Intervention Advisory Committee, including A&M-Commerce alumna Cynthia D. (Cindy) Lee.
According to a release from the governor’s office, “The Committee advises the Texas Health and Human Services Commission Division for Early Childhood Intervention Services on development and implementation of policies that constitute the statewide ECI system.”
Lee's appointment is set to expire in 2025. She received a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Behavior and a Master of Science in Special Education at Texas A&M University-Commerce.
