The College of Business Engages with Hundreds of Students at the NorthEast Texas Career and Technical Education Consortium
The College of Business took part in the NorthEast Texas Career and Technical (NETCAT) Education Consortium, which was hosted at the Texas A&M University-Commerce in the Rayburn Student Center on September 20th, 2022.
Hundreds of students from across 13 member school districts took part in the event and had the opportunity to meet with faculty and staff from the College of Business to discuss the various programs and degrees offered by the college.
“As part of our commitment to engage with our community, it was great to meet students and hear about their academic aspirations, while forming impactful connections,” said Dr. Anil Kumar, associate dean of the College of Business. “In support of this mission, the COB strives toward innovation and continuous improvement by offering multiple programs and career pathways that transform student lives.”
Taking part in events such as NETCAT is in line with the College of Business' mission to transform lives not only in Northeast Texas but also throughout the state at large.
