A Conversation with Cristian
What do you love most about your job?
Being able to help and work with our students.
What sets A&M-Commerce apart from other universities?
From the moment I arrived at Texas A&M University-Commerce, I realized that there is quite a diversity of students, and I consider that that separates it from other institutions. Starting with different cultures, ethnicities and organizations. As a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity inc. And being an international student, it makes me very happy to be on such a diverse campus.  Provide the opportunity to many of them to seek a better future, an opportunity for personal and professional growth.
What is an important life lesson you’ve learned?
Being an international student and facing different obstacles in my life on a personal and professional level, I have learned that when you want to achieve a goal you can, we set the limits and barriers ourselves.
What do you like to do when you’re not working?
I like to practice saxophone, exercise and play soccer.
