Buddy Gregg, Ph.D.

Dr. Buddy Gregg, a longtime Commerce resident, joined the Veterans Vigil committee in 2016. Gregg graduated from East Texas State University in 1964 and Texas A&M University in 1974 with a doctorate in veterinary medicine. He served in the United States Navy from 1964 to 1968. In the Navy, he worked as a minesweeper and then served on a guided missile frigate. Gregg established his own animal clinic from 1975 until he retired to farming in 2014.
