What do you like most about your career in Campus Rec?
Working with students. Watching students develop during their time in our program and at the university is very rewarding. It also helps that I have a passion for what I am teaching the students.
What else would you like to share about yourself or your A&M-Commerce experience?
During my undergraduate work at A&M-Commerce, I was on the track and field team, worked as a student worker for the outdoor adventure program, and worked for Sodexo in the catering department.
How do you help students at A&M-Commerce?
I feel that I help the university’s students by offering experiences and hard skills that they can take with them for the rest of their life. I also do my best to learn what’s going on in the lives of the students I interact with. That way, I know the best way that I can help them.
