How do you like to stay active?

To stay physically active, I like to walk or go to the gym. I enjoy hiking and visiting national and state parks whenever I can. I stay mentally active by playing puzzle games, reading, and playing co-op video and board games with friends.

What do you like most about your career in Campus Rec?

I get to help create and promote programs and events to help students become and stay more active. I get to invite them to try new things they might not have done or introduce them to something new that can now be a part of their workout routine.
