A Conversation with Sean-Krystoff

What do you love most about your job?

What I love most about my job is the flexibility of working closely with faculty and the student body on campus. Being a GA is all about developing skills before entering the workforce. The GCC role has developed numerous skills in managing, and it keeps my job engaging due to the interactions with my staff and the student body on campus. Management is essential in any job one may encounter, but also being approachable and having people skills to communicate and solve problems for the students that reside on campus to enhance their experience and time at A&M-Commerce.

What would you tell a student who is thinking attending A&M-Commerce?

I would tell a student that Commerce offers a plethora of academic programs and organizations for students to find the right studies and fields they would like to pursue. Smaller class sizes give students more opportunities to connect with professors on a personal level. The affordability aspect of the college makes the deal even better because you are getting the whole college experience at an affordable price. There is also a fantastic support group which ensures that one is getting the resources needed to succeed here at A&M-Commerce.

What sets A&M-Commerce apart from other universities?

The education experience is what sets A&M-Commerce apart from other universities. It differs from any other university in terms of class size and the personal connections one can obtain with their professors. There is a great support system to help guide and ensure students stay on track to graduation. The affordability without compromising the quality is something that is of grave importance to students. The combination of these three things makes A&M-Commerce stand apart from other universities.
