Deciding to start my doctorate later in my career was intentional. It allowed me to bring my professional experience into the classroom and gave me a body of knowledge from which to draw. I was attracted to the Texas A&M University-Commerce Ed.D. program for two reasons: The flexibility of an online program with clear support from professors through hybrid and virtual meetings was my only option as a full-time district employee, and the cost was the most reasonably aligned with the high-quality programming I found. The ability to learn from seasoned professionals as guides during the program process was also a plus.

I love the structure of the program. The program takes the coursework and the required hours and structures a schedule that allows the learner to accomplish tasks over time, meet benchmarks and internalize the learning to prepare for tests. The support and connection between the university supervisors and the site supervisor superintendent were motivating and inspirational, preparing me to move forward in a leadership role.

The A&M-Commerce Ed.D. program is comprehensive, structured, affordable and meaningful. The quality of the program will get you the outcomes you desire.
