Join the faculty and students of the Department of Physics and Astronomy at our semi-annual Physics Day! Explore topics related to physics education and discover innovative ways to teach physics through our interactive programs. Our event is open to the public and all are welcome!
Fall/Spring Physics Day
Held on a Saturday in October and February from 9:30 a.m. through 2:30 p.m.
Apply to attend our upcoming Physics Day events at the Keith D. McFarland Science Building in Commerce, Texas (B34 on the East Texas A&M campus map).
Engage With Our Students
Find out what it’s like to be a physics major with our interactive, student-led panel discussions. Our physics majors will discuss their current research projects and explain what our department offers. We can’t wait to answer your questions!
