Promote your event on the digital displays located throughout the building and dining areas. University departments and student organizations can advertise free events at no cost.

For external groups, sponsored organizations and events with associated fees, a rate of $25 per week applies for digital advertising.

• RGB color mode
• File must be a JPEG

Note: All submissions must use the dimension above in order to be considered. Submissions that do not meet the requirements will be rejected.

• $15 for 8.5” x 11” (flyer)

• $30 for 18” x 24” (yard sign size)

• $50 for 24” x 36” (standard poster print)

• $20 for reformatting

Each order includes up to 2 revisions, regardless of size.

Note: To ensure the best possible outcome, all design service requests should be submitted at least 10 business days prior to the desired completion date. This allows us ample time to fully understand your vision and provide you with drafts for review before finalizing the design.

Our poster printing service offers high-quality prints in a variety of sizes, perfect for promoting your event, organization, or project. Whether you need flyers, yard signs, or standard poster prints, we provide professional results with vibrant colors and sharp detail.

• $15 for 11” x 17”
• $20 for 18” x 24”
• $25 for 24” x 36”

The RSC will mount your 24” by 36” poster on an A Frame and place it at one of our four designated locations. To ensure that posters do not degrade over time, we will limit advertising to 2 weeks maximum.

Note: Any advertisements set to be posted for two weeks will be priced at double the original price.
