Sisters Helping Sisters

Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. is an organization of college-educated women who are committed to the constructive development of its members and to public service. The Theta Nu Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta was chartered on May 8, 1971, at East Texas State University (now East Texas A&M) when 29 college students, known as the “Divine 29,” saw a need and came together to solve it.

Although each Theta Nu sister is unique, our differences allow us to build an amazing sisterhood. We take pride in our service to the community, the lasting friendships we have built, and our academic achievements.
