Guide to Year-End Giving

Our staff is here to assist you with your year-end giving! Please note that certain assets take longer to donate. To ensure contributions are received by year-end to qualify for 2024 tax deductions, please follow the guidelines below to meet your charitable giving goals. Please be advised that the Office of Philanthropy and Engagement will be closed on December 24 at noon through January 1 for winter recess. Normal business hours will resume on January 2.
2024 Guidelines
During winter recess, the gift administration office will process credit card gifts and checks received via U.S. Mail, as well as credit cards and by phone intermittently through Tuesday, December 31, 2024, until noon. (903.886.5712).
Checks should be made payable to Texas A&M University-Commerce Foundation. Please include a note telling us how you would like your gift to be used (you may write the note on the check’s memo line). Checks should be sent to:

Gifts received in the mail that are postmarked after December 30, 2024, will be processed with January 2025 business and will not be deductible for calendar year 2024.
